(MA, LMT, HTS)
I am a facilitator of wellbeing with and for people and the planet. I have been a self-employed wellness consultant since 2006, a co-director of Lanyi Fan Nonprofit, INGO since 2007, and most recently, the director of Nutrition Garden Rx. I have an MA in Arts and Administration, BAs in International Studies and Spanish, and Certificates in Nonprofit Management (graduate-level), Social Innovation & Social Entrepreneurship, climate change and health, mind-body wellness optimization, and horticultural therapy. A Licensed Massage Therapist (OR #12360) since 2006 specializing in therapeutic and medical massage, I have worked in various integrated healthcare environments since 2007 for both health prevention and injury recovery. For over a decade, I assisted professional facilitators specializing in cross-cultural exchanges and solutions, community cultural development, change agentry, human behavior change, and sustainability.
I have extensive local to global experience. I am trilingual (French, Spanish). My most profound learning experiences have been from living abroad for 6 years (5 years in West Africa). I advocate and activate solutions for the health benefits of gardens, foster human-nature balance, and offer related services. Coaching in healthy habits and behavior change to support wellbeing and vitality both remotely and in-person has been a key to my success. I would love to support your learning, growth, and vision!
