Wellness Consultation

Service Description

Wellness consultations initially begin by identifying eight key wellness areas. Together, we discover and assess which wellness areas you are stronger and which ones you would like to strengthen. You will begin to design your wellness vision and identify main goals. Follow-up consultation sessions are designed based on your vision and goals.
